How ReviewReply uses AI
ReviewReply uses large language models to generate review responses on behalf of restaurant owners. The AI is given context about the restaurant — its name, cuisine, brand voice, and past replies — and generates responses that match the owner's tone. Responses are grounded in the content of the review being replied to and the restaurant's own information.
Human oversight
Restaurant owners can configure ReviewReply to require manual approval before any AI-generated reply is posted publicly. This ensures a human reviews every response before it reaches a customer. Auto-post mode is optional and can be disabled at any time.
Responsible AI commitments
- AI replies are never fabricated — they only reference information the restaurant has provided.
- We do not generate replies that are deceptive, harassing, or retaliatory.
- Restaurant owners retain full editorial control over what is posted.
- AI-generated content is clearly distinguishable in the platform interface.
