How ReviewReply works
ReviewReply connects to your Google Business Profile via the Google My Business API. It reads incoming reviews, generates contextually appropriate responses using AI trained on your menu, tone, and past replies, and either auto-posts them or queues them for your review — depending on your workflow preference.
